Later one evening, after their technician replaced a part, my washing machine would no longer spin/drain. I called the following morning (Tuesday) asking for them to come out and repair the issue (at least the machine ran before the part replacement). In spite of the situation they would not add me to their schedule for that day's repairs (in addition, I explained my wife was preparing to visit a 3rd world country for volunteer work, and I just needed to wash her clothes). Best service ever! My refrigerator stopped working. I called Appliance Service Company in a panic and they quickly set me up for service that same day! The technician came out found it was going to be a simple repair. He even had the part on his truck & had it fixed right away. I am very pleased with this company. Their prices & customer service are the best I have encountered in a long time! Thank you Appliance Service Company, I will deffinetly recommend you to all of my friends & family.
