I've used this company multiple times to repair various appliances in my home. They are always professional and fix problems that other techs aren't able to repair. I recommend them to anyone who wants their appliance fixed correctly.
I called to have my washer looked at because it kept stopping in the middle of the spin cycle and not finishing to complete the job. The technician kept insisting that the problem was my soap and that he thought it wasn’t HE compatible (which it actually is!!) so he charges me a diagnosis fee and leaves and my washer is still broken. I called them in the first place because of the good reviews but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend them because he didn’t take the time to really look into the problem.
