I have lived in Grand Junction since 1976. I sold real estate here for 35 years. I have never experience such bad service as I did from appliance service and parts. They took a $50 upfront deposit on my appointment which I ended up not needing because my husband fixed the dishwasher. I called them right away canceled the appointment and when I called back to get my $50 they informed me that that was a scheduling charge. Nonrefundable absolutely unbelievable for Grand Junction. Try to charge me $50 upfront non refundable for “appointment fee” which they refused to remove after I cancelled the appointment. $135 for a diagnostic fee. These guys obviously don’t care about word-of-mouth advertising because they suck.
