Bill provided excellent service in fixing my washer. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and communicated the issue clearly prior to repair. Clean, efficient and timely. I would highly use him again.

Use a different company. My washer is still not fixed, they’ve been here 4 times, I’m out over $400 and they want more money. Left my broken washer full of water, left trash in laundry room. Won’t respond to email request. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
