They are always so nice to me when I go In and am clueless calling a part the millennium falcon piece of my washer. They had my piece in stock at a great price! Highly recommend them!

So my brand new dryer that I bought in March went out so the warranty company had these guys come out and they literally did nothing. Like NOTHING but waste my time. I was without a dryer for 2 months! They told me “it wasn’t the appliance it was the house that’s the issue” and I responded “no I think it’s your technician” the lady hung up on me so I called the warranty company and told them they aren’t doing anything and I’m pretty sure they are trying to milk the warranty so they sent out another company and surprise surpr... read more
Very helpful and easy to order part of need be
They came out to “fix” my dryer and literally they made it worse! It won’t even start now. I bought my dryer brand new in MARCH! This company likes to milk the warranties! They did the same thing to my best friend’s washer. They either need to fix it or run me my money for a new dryer because I’m not playing! I have kids I need to do laundry and this is 2 weeks now that I can’t! I’m beyond upset!
