I have used this company several times & recommended them to a neighbor who used them, until now I thought they were a great company. At this point I would not recommend them. On 12/12 /19 they came to repair a knob for one burner on my stove & I paid them. Check cleared bank on 12/16/19.That night when I went to use the stove it would only work on high No med, no simmer etc. I called & they came & said the part was defective & ordered a new part. Repair person Victor is an arrogant man. Would not listen to me that I knew what was wrong with my dryer. Insisted he had to replace other parts to make dryer work. My opinion is he had an issue with a female telling what needed to be fixed and it wasn't enough to make his trip worthwhile.
Made an appointment they lost phone number and didn’t come. Rescheduled three days later and again they lost appointment, apologized but we wasted two mornings. Would not use them !!
