As owners of a Bosch dishwasher I was shocked to learn what it cost just to have a repairman diagnose our appliance even tho we knew the error code. After reading some reviews online we called Peter at Appliance Repair and was not disappointed. He was very professional, knowledgeable & prompt. Peter was professional and knowledgeable. He had to work around issues due to prior poor installation of wall oven. Very helpful with information about proper appliance usage. Highly recommended and will use his company in the future if needed.
Peter repaired my Samsung fridge door and did a fantastic and quick job! Had schedule me for next day, but later called back and said they had availability today if I was available! After showing him the problem he not only fixed it, but also explained what he did to fix it. Will definitely reach out to them for any future appliance repair and needs!
I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called. Maria was very friendly when taking the call and making the appointment. The technician, Peter, was professional and honest. He advised me that my refrigerator was beyond repair, and that it would be better for me to purchase a new refrigerator. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity.
