They bilked my 96 year old mother out of $1,169.00. Came to repair the refrigerator. Told her she need a part and she paid them. The refrigerator never worked. Tried calling them and they never returned the calls. No soul…..96 years old in a fixed income.
My family first used Appliance Rescue back in the 80s. Since then we’ve used them numerous times four our homes and our business. You will be hard pressed to find a more honest operation in NJ. Rocky always arrives when promised. They stand behind their work and the price has always been respectable. I see there are several bad reviews here on Google. They can’t be from actual customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Appliance Rescue Services, and I must say that their service was nothing short of disastrous. From start to finish, my encounter with this company has been marked by incompetence, unresponsiveness, and a complete lack of professionalism.
