We were so pleased with the service the cost for repair and the quick response to our concern. Tiago was the young man who came for the repair. He was so polite, informative, respectful, personable and professional. To the owners of this company, hang on to this young man, he represented you very well.
Ted came by today to work on my dryer. He's honest, and doesn't even charge you to come out. He isolated the problem with my LG Dryer, and fixed it on the spot. He was very neat and very professional. Ted does get booked up fast, so I would recommend calling him at least a week in advance.
I had a great experience when I called Ted the first time, he was honest and help me out with my refrigerator leaking water. Unfortunately the same problem happened again 10months later. I called Ted again and he was not able to help me, but he sent me a friend of his “Octávio” to help me out (per my request I must admit because I was desperate and he was not available) Octávio came and told me what was wrong even though when I spoke to him on the phone prior of him coming to my house I told him what was wrong, the same prob... read more
I have a Maytag dryer over 40 years old small enough to fit in my kitchen which I was sure I could never replace. It started making a new roar and I thought I would have to buy a new dryer and renovate my house to make room for it. Ted Rivera worked magic on it - no parts required (none available anyway) He was very exited to work on such an antique and took it apart several times to make sure he found the noise.
