Sold me a used washer with a 30 day warranty, NEVER RAN ONE LOAD IN IT. Wouldn’t drain he said he would come look at it and claimed we over loaded it. He looked at it and said yep it won’t drain. That’ll be 50$ to look at it plus parts. ( pump or motor ). So much for a warranty huh. Took it back for a refund. He had to inspect everything before he would give me my money back. Unpleasant business to work with.

This is not true of the events and conversation that took place. The only truth is that he returned it and was refunded all his money without any issue. Unfortunately every once in awhile someone comes along that we just can't help.
RecommendedI dont remember the guys name who helped me out. But they weren't even open when I came in and I walked out with a great washer and dryer the same day. He was very helpful and very honest. Also helped me load it up. Great deal as well. Would definitely recommend going here. Compared to other used appliance stores around here he even cleans his uo and makes them look new!
good place, buy here all the time for our rentals
very nice ppl bought a dryer 32 days later stopped working. they came out 7:30 at night couldnt fix it but had one on his truck and just swapped it out. very good service is all I can say. thank you again for everything...

I bought a refrigerator in May I was very happy I want to say it was $250 plus delivery. Friday I went grocery shopping spent about $150 on groceries woke up this morning and my freezer isn't freezing everything is thawed. I didn't know my refrigerator would only last 6 -7 months or I would had just got a new one. 😞😞 Not happy
We went to Appliance Resale and Repair for the second time and we were so impressed with the service. Our dryer stopped working and we didn’t want to spend the money buying a brand new one. We went and picked out a used one that is an excellent condition for a really great price! They even delivered and help get it all set up. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to repair an appliance or buy a used one.
My daughter's washer died and we needed to find a good washer quick (without the new price tag) and found the resale shop on Oberlin Ave. My daughter and I received great customer service and we're quickly back home hooking up a Whirlpool washer. It works great and came with a 30 day warranty. A+++++ on service and product.
