My refrigerator was not cooling. Technician Dyab assisted us and quickly diagnosed the problem, retrieved and installed the faulty part. He had an encouraging attitude throughout his stay refrigerator was repaired and running in an hour. Dispatcher at the main office also did a great job of updating us on the status of tech.'s arrival and promotions. Definitely recommendable in Woodbridge neighborhood.
Worst customer service ever!
They lied about the price of my part for the stovetop and installation time also. They said it was over $150 and 1 hour to install to justify the high price. The part costs $82.08 on Part Select and it took him 20 minutes to do the work. Never again.
Pros: 1) Arrived and finished the job within 1 hour 2) Friendly and efficient job 3) Knew their stuff, no hassle and quite knowledgeable of all products
