Jorge charged $180 for 20 minutes of labor with absolutely 0 parts required. He removed a sock lodged in our washing machine and then charged nearly $10/minute he was there. Way overpriced. Will never call this repair shop again. They strong arm you into using their services by imposing a mandatory $75 fee just for showing up, and then overcharge for their labor. Do not use his company.
James did a great job and was patient troubleshooting the problem. Once isolated he had the part on his truck that was needed and got us up and running again. Glad we didn't have to go another day without our fridge.
James was able to come out same day to repair our fast leaking refrigerator. He was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and willing to work late into the evening to get the job done. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the visit fee ($69) is not charged if they do the repairs same day (I’m sure it’s built into the final cost). The price was extremely reasonable for what work and parts were required. Would highly recommend and use them again.
I was in a spot, my Kenmore refrigerator wasn't working. Sears did have any repair slots at all. Found this company via google search. Boy, did I luck out. James stopped by early evening and said the Kenmore refrigerators are made by LG and the compressors usually fail at about 3 years. My fridge complied. James replace the compressor and everything is running fine. I highly recommend this company!
Superior work and customer service. Will definitely be using them for future repair needs.
