Fridge light worked, but no cooling. They traced it to a control issue and resolved it cleanly. Back to normal within the same day.
Our freezer developed thick frost on the back wall and items weren’t freezing properly anymore. The technician inspected the defrost timer and heater assembly before replacing the defective component. After the repair the frost disappeared and the freezer temperature stabilized.
Good service polite clean efficient and knowledgeable
Not satisfied. Called to have a refrigerator looked at. Marty showed up the first day and turned it on and said it had to run 24 hours in order to accurately diagnose the problem. He returned the next day examined it. Gave me a couple possibilities of what the problem could be, told me he doesn't work on sealed systems anymore, gave me another repair man's number, and charged me $60. Personally, if it were me in his shoes, I would have told the customer from the beginning that I couldn't work on their appliance and not waste... read more
