Called for a quote loved the fact that they were literally down the street from my house. Then found out they aren’t actually down the street from my house. After 4 phone calls which i repeated the same info to them i felt as if i was a burden to them and was taking their time. They then told me that their “free estimate” wasn’t actually free. It’s $65 dollars unless you use them to do the repairs then the $65 goes towards your repair. Bait and switch scam. Sorry if you came across this but move onto the next company.
Fast but great service, plus their technician was very friendly and helpful. It’s been a few weeks since they did work on my wife’s oven, and she says it’s performing way better than it used to.
