Exceptional service and expertise! Rolando is professional does an excellent job in explaining the issue and giving a quote. He was prompt to respond and during the repair. Great job! Rolando is very knowledgeable. He works quickly and explains everything in detail throughout the process. He showed me the broken piece of my dryer, replaced it, and made sure it was working correctly. He also checked that the vent wasn’t clogged. Thank you so much for your excellent work! I can’t say enough great things about Rolando! Our refrigerator broke down late in the evening, and he went out of his way to come after hours to help us. He was incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and kind, taking the time to explain the issue in detail and offering the best solutions without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. It’s clear that he is truly passionate about his work and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Thanks to his expertise, our fridge is back up and running smoothly. Highly Recommended.
My Samsung washer was giving me a 4E error and leaking water after draining. Not only did Ronaldo arrive within 2 hours of me calling, but he repaired the issue and explained how I can avoid this happening again in the future. He even fastened a hose to help prevent another issue. Ronaldo is great. Appliance Repair Miami is great. 100% calling him again in the future (fingers crossed I don’t need to).
