Contacted Appliance repair Masters (Ryan) the tech said he would arrive at our home to evaluate and estimate the problem with our oven. He said he would arrive around 10:am Tuesday 9/15/2020 by noon he had not shown up we called his office left a message he called back about 1/2 hour later said he was running late and would arrive in about 35 minutes. by two o'clock he still had not shown up.
