Service was excellent. Richard really knows his stuff. Goes the extra mile to fix a problem.
Refered by Thermador. Can't get a response to numerous phone calls or emails. This is the only company Thermador recommend for warranty service in my area. Help!
Please patrons, at all cost avoid using this company to repair your appliances!!!! On Friday 11-19-2021 I contacted this company to schedule a technician to come out to repair my dryer, and the customer care person I spoke to didn't speak English real well, which isn't an issue, however he asked me more than once to repeat the model number, and I used the phonetic alphabet to relay the information, so I assumed that he got it, and he scheduled someone to come out the next day. This is the worse service ever. Made an appointment but never show up. Calling them but never pick up the phone. I will never use these guys again.
After 5 calls, txts and four promises to come and fix our Thermador Dishwasher we are still waiting. Don't waste your time call Thermador direct. Their service was superb.
