Absolutely the worst experience with any repair company I have every dealt with! Avoid at all costs, buyer beware, steer clear. Took 6 months to get a fridge fixed after 7 trips. I won't bore you with the details, but do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Even if you don't know anything about fixing an appliance, you can do a better job yourself if you just hit the appliance with a giant hammer and have it hauled away.
