Honest work completed and the fridge works like new. We ran into some communication problems because my sons ignored my phone but once the technician arrived, he found the problems quickly and within an hour our refrigerator was working like new. The work was guaranteed and the tech was courteous. He explained everything he was going to do and how much it would cost. He was honest and efficient, explaining that my dishwasher was running fine, and poor cleaning due to clogged filter, suggesting cleaning filter frequently and use dishwasher cleaning tablet monthly to keep its cleaning efficiency.

The technician came on May 11th to fix the Blomberg laundry machine. He was super friendly and answered all my questions and concerns I had about the machine. This was my first time using Appliance Repair Expert. Highly recommend, I’ll continue using their services.
