Service techician did not get approval before repair was made, said he replaced a gasket which was never replaced, caused significant water damage to my hard wood floors and charged a diagnostic that was to be waived with the repair. I have repeaditly tried to get a refund for a month and have made zero head way. Below is the email sent multiple times with no response back.
