I made a appointment for four days out from when I called(earliest appointment available). Never received a call confirming. 45 min before the appointment window was over I called concerned. They made a mistake making the appointment and no one was on our way to the house. I had moved around my whole day and work schedule to be home during that time and we have had a broken appliance waiting for them to come repair. This is the only company to use for appliance purchases. The reasons: 1.Great service -The technicians who work at Eatontown appliance are very good, really know what they are doing. The importance of this cannot be emphasized enough. You will need service calls no matter what equipment you buy, often right after you buy it. Eatontown will send their guys out immediately. These guys were a waste. They charged me $75 for a diagnosis that said the my condenser need to be replaced for $1100. I called someone else who repaired it.

I had to call Appliance Repair Eatontown for their washing machine repair when my unit would not start. It turned out that the motor had an issue that was promptly addressed by the appliance service technician. After just an hour or so, I tried turning on the washer and it hummed back to life.
