Had a service tech come to look at our Frigidaire dishwasher which is only 8 months old.He looked for stored codes and didn’t find any.Never brought a tool bag or meter or anything inside with him.He said there’s nothing to worry about and walked out the door.Must have been his first day-very unprofessional. So we still have the same problem on a dishwasher that’s under warranty.Go elsewhere-their tech’s don’t know their ass from a hole in the ground.Very displeased to say the least.
We called samsung to have our new washer fixed under the warranty. Some time in November of 2021, NTL APPLIANCE REPAIR was called to repair washer for us. They took a week to schedule an appointment and another couple weeks to order/ get the a part(s). We couldn't go without a washer for weeks. So we purchased a used washer off Facebook market place.
