I called Appliance repair Caldwell for a refrigerator issue and they confirmed me an appointment for the next day. I cancelled other technicians as they were also available on the same day. Appliance Repair technician never showed up. I called the next day and they apologized and said Supervisor would call me. Supervisor never called . I called them again next day and they told me that they no longer service the area. I lost 3 days. Highly unprofessional and not trustable people.

The refrigerator was condensing a lot. I didn’t even know fridges could sweat. Water was condensing at its side like crazy. I phoned in my go-to appliance repair service from this company. I was kind of strapped for cash, but they always had affordable rates. They were kind enough to send a guy over as soon as they could. Thankfully, the guy was friendly and professional! He worked really quick on my fridge and now it’s as good as new! Great job!

I was cleaning up after our dinner party when the garbage disposal wouldn’t start. I thought of calling Appliance Repair Caldwell and scheduled appliance service the next morning. The technician arrived as agreed and was quick to solve the problem. I think he just adjusted something on the controls and the appliance works fine again.
