Firstly your means of communication/call backs etc is highly unprofessional & not at all set up to assist customers. You could have honored my appointment, honored my request to speak to a supervisor, hooked my tv back correctly along with the remotes. Instead your rep acted like he was in a rush to leave. We had too many appointments in an attempt to make the necessary repair. We would be scheduled for an appointment and get rescheduled. We set aside too many hours waiting around for an appointment to get rescheduled or for a tech to show up late or just call us to tell us a part was going to be ordered and they never came out.
