I made an appointment online... Which was confirmed TWICE by email, and showed up before they opened. As soon as they unlocked the door five people dashed in to get in line. I walked in and stood in line while they took the first customer. I said, " I have an appointment"... Only to be told that it didn't matter. I have 3 herniated disks.
