Technician showed up and diagnosed problem but they would not return to complete repair because their vendor did not have one of the parts - even though I was able to obtain the part myself. $300 paid and I got nothing from them

He was not very informative. He kept looking at YouTube videos trying to figure out how to repair. He then informed my wife that it look like the water fill tube was tricking. She then asked him wouldn't you have checked the pressure when you replaced the fill tube in October? He did not give an answer. He said it must be something different.
Nick came today & while we decided not to repair we appreciated his advice & great attitude!
