DON'T DO IT! Use Azuma! Dealing with these people has been a nightmare. They never answer there phone, don't work on Saturday, no matter what they tell you, miss appointments, and left deep scratches in my hard wood floor. I have not been with them for two months and I still can not get them to stop charging me and refund those months. Save yourself the hassle and just say NO.

I also had a horrible experience with them. I placed an order online on 12/11 and requested delivery of my W/D the next day. After not hearing back from them, I emailed 3 times between 12/11-12/19 to inquire about the delivery of my equipment as well as left 3 voicemails at 770-416-8323. Let me also mentioned that my phone number changed on 12/19 (but they had a whole week to contact me). By the way, no one ever answers the phone. Do not use their services. They will ask for all your personal information: credit card #, SS#, DL # etc. Their machines are nasty and old. The owner is rude and the foreign girl that answers the phone has the worst customer service. They don't confirm you delivery day and will charge your card without your consent. They are a Fraud! Stay away from them!! Go with Appliance Warehouse instead.
