This company lied to me, they said and assured they will work with the home warranty company to have my washer machine replaced. The tech Sammy even asked me for a possitive review. However, after a whole week of not getting any updates. I called them and they said the Home Warranty is not covering the replacement. Be careful with this company, they are full of lies.
AHS assigned me to this company, After reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried. It was excellent service, he fixed my dryer last Saturday, the day he came out to see what was broken, to my surprise, he actually had the part to get it fixed right away ,he was friendly and did a great job.
This is for the guys who came and checked my dishwasher and I showed them my dirty cups that has come out of it the wash. He reported that there is no mechanical issues. Why is it not washing properly if there are no mechanical issues.
I was assigned this shop through my warranty on two separate occasions have had the worst experience. They do a poor job diagnosing issues, worse job addressing them, and the WORST job and communicating. There was constant miscommunications amongst their own team whether my dishwasher could be repaired or not. They also separately told me parts required to fix my stove would be ordered and repaired within 5-10 days, only to not even contact me for a month. I had a scheduled appointment today. confirmed THREE times in the days prior. today I was told that nobody could come as scheduled after I took the day off from work to be there for them. do NOT use this company
