Our dryer had many problems, and a professional was sent to rectify them. He displayed an exceptional combination of expertise and amiability throughout his presentation. Highly recommended for use!
Technician was very rude over the phone. He rushed to schedule a date before I could even ask their fee to come out and look at my appliances. I agreed to him coming out next day but once he told me the fee is $165 I back tracked & wanted to reschedule for a different date. He hung up in my face! And when I tried to call back (because maybe it was an accident) my call was ignored! Very unprofessional. If I could leave no stars I would!
He promptly rectified the oven issue. His proficiency, assistance, and acumen were really exceptional. I would recommend it unequivocally!
