Very rude on the phone and condescending. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
Repair man came a day late for the initial repair, didn't have the part, scheduled with me to return and never came back. Didn't call and didn't answer/return my calls.
Our GE Dishwasher was under warranty, so GE scheduled an appointment with this provider. First, we never got an actual call about our appointment. When I finally got a hold of him, he blamed GE and how they set appointments without actually knowing their schedule. Then, he diagnosed our issue over the phone without actually looking at the dishwasher and ordered a part. this was on January 12th. Took a week to come and look at the fridge said would order parts 11/2/19 I called them 12/18/19 she could not locate my slip I called back 12/20/19 she said parts are on order (you can get any part for this on amazon in 2 days) I called Frigidaire and requested a new repair company Kirch Appliance Inc came out had the part on the truck 25 min fixed I will never go back to appliance pros .
Two service calls for the same refrigerator problem. Charged a lot of money. It's still a problem.
