ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SERVICE. I'M TWO WEEKS INTO RECEIVING THE SAME TREATMENT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE RECEIVED. PHONE CALLS NOT RETURNED. ORDERS PLACED FOR PARTS BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. ETC. ETC. THE OUTFIT SHOULD BE DRIVEN OUT OF BUSINESS. MY RATING IS MINUS 5 STARS.
Wish I would have seen these reviews before calling as well. I am disappointed that Bosch lists them as certified repair. I contacted Appliance Pros in mid March and it is now May. My dishwasher was still under warranty when I first contacted him, now it's not. He came to the house two times. Less than zero if possible. Been calling multiple times since December and it is now March. Spoke with Jay twice with great assurances from him like, "will call you back by 10 tomorrow morning", but it never happens. I even had the manufacturer call him. Nothing works. Luckily I have not given him any money, nor should you. Do not use this company at all costs. I do not see how he can possibly still be in business. There are others appliance repairs services in the Madison area. Use them!
Wish I would have found these other reviews before I called. Came out and looked at my range. Told me he'd get the part and come be back the next week. I have left 7 polite messages looking for an update. I haven't heard anything. It's been over three weeks.
Avoid Appliance Pros at all costs. Had them replace a faulty part in my dishwasher in 2011. The part failed 5 months later causing a leak. I called AP since their parts and labor are under 1 year warranty. They told me they would order the part and call me back when it arrived to schedule appointment. Week went by... no part. I called them multiple times. They told me that they were having issues with their supplier (probably did not pay them on time). THEY SUCK. I'm still waiting to get my dyer fix, that was supposed fixed six months ago. The part was not replaced. Then they came out and said that the part has to come from Chicago. Would take three days. That was two weeks ago. no one calls you back. They never talked to the Apt mgr. I was they when she lefted a message. She calls everyday. Still no reply.
