He repaired my refrigerator and a month later the part failed he lied to me and told me they no longer carried the part! He wouldn’t honor the warranty and repair it so I went to Arvada appliance they ordered the part and repaired my refrigerator! Jensen gets an (F) especially the repairman had a bad attitude when I asked him to cover the warranty and repair what he replaced one month earlier! He couldn’t be bothered!!!!

RecommendedAmazing customer service! Our dryer wasn’t heating and the tech was able to come look at it the same day we called. He was able to get the part in a few days and returned the day after they told us the part was in. Highly recommend!
They are honest, prompt and efficient. Their tech came out and repaired my dryer and it has not had a problem since. He also explained what he did so I understood. I would recommend them 100 time over for all your appliances. Thanks Jensen Appliance.

Cory solved our ice maker problem which made my husband happy. Jensen Appliances worked with Whirlpool to cover this under a warranty claim even though my refrigerator was technically one month past the year mark. That made me more than happy! Will call them again.
My parents had a 50 year old oven which needed major repair and new heating elements. With my mom's dementia, from being 91, we were worried that she could not deal with a new, all digital oven. Jensen's Appliance and Repair was able to find parts and rejuvenate the oven. They are also kind enough to deal with her dementia when she called almost every day. My hat and sincere thank-you goes out to the employees!
