We bought a supposedly new Hotpoint wash machine for my mother. We took it to her and hooked it up, only to find out it had numerous things wrong with it that had nothing to do with a scratch or dent. It would not work at all. My husband's friend also bought a wash machine and a dryer the same day and both of these appliances did not work and had to be repaired by GE. We were not impressed with this business at all and would not recommend them to anyone.
