I believe these folks are out of business. Several months ago, for several days, never got an answer, and still not answering today. Finally got a pocket answer in a spanish speaking household with kids in the back, so I assume the number belongs to someone else now.
This place is apparently out of business. Their recording says they are on the other line and will get back to you when they get your message. Since it is close to my house, I decided to drive there. It is now a massage therapy business.
The gentleman arrived when he said he would and got my washing machine working as good as new. I would highly recommend this professional company for any appliance work.
Great customer service! So, my experience is a little different. I called around in search of a repair shop to fix my small countertop microwave. After calling 8 shops, and speaking to 5 people, I called here and received the friendliest voice on the other end! Maria was patient and very effective at explaining what might be going on with my microwave unit.
