I had a great experience with this business! My washer was in storage for a good year, and when I moved I had some issues with it. I had Nathan fix it on the spot! I definitely recommend

Was heading to the store and got stuck in traffic. Called and they said they would stay open until I got there so i could get the part needed to fix my oven... Great customer service.

I called and spoke directly to Nate, the owner, and received same day service. My washing machine ended up needing more than one part, but Jaime came with extra parts and materials to do the job. I am satisfied with their efficiency and customer service. I recommend it to anyone needing appliance parts or repairs.

best place ever in Clarksville.........you get super Customer Service from the Person behind the desk to the Owner's ....I highly recommend this Business ....I never had a problem ....I support small and local Businesses ....good luck Nate to you and you Crew and stay like you are we like all off you

Worst customer service EVER. The lady who works the front desk has the worst attitude, SHE made a mistake by ordered the wrong part, my husband was trying to explain what part he actually wanted and she was defensive and nasty the whole time.. Then rolls her eyes to another customer and says "every day" talking about my husband being upset about coming in to pick up the wrong part. We have used them for parts in the past, but never again.. Such terrible customer service!

Nate took great care of me! Had the parts I needed in stock and very reasonable price. I thought I would be without a dryer for days waiting on parts, but I was able to fix it the same day.
