Horrible ! They sell you a product under the description that it is an EXACT replica. HOWEVER, when you get home, and try to replace the broken part (in my case, a washing machine pump) you find out that IT DOESNT FIT! And they REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK OR REFUND YOUR HARD-EARNED \$\$\$!!! -After spending \$60+ on a useless part that I cant use, I was fortunate enough to have a relative donate a new washing machine to me. So I call a junker and have them come pick up my old machine, at which time they iformed me that I couldve ... read more
