I have visited several times and got tremendous amount of friendly services . If I need something, that's where I go or send.
I had an eye-opening experience here on bad customer service. My wife purchased a dryer element from them for $88.95. I purchased the same exact heating element on Amazon Prime for $16.40. They refused to give a refund. The box was unopened, had never made it home, barely out of the store. The lady behind the counter finally reduced the price to $40.
