Refrigerator wasn’t cooling, had already done the troubleshooting and knew which part I needed. Called this shop because I received good service for my stove repair previously, unfortunately, I got one star Stan this time around. He cut me off mid-sentence, told me to check something else and call him back, he even replied “it sucks to be you” when I told him we didn’t realize fridge wasn’t working until Sunday evening after he had closed shop. Staff is helpful and they carry what I need to repair my Samsung washer door boot. I am really glad that my local store actually carries so many different parts and thanks to them, I was able to fix my washer the same day it was broken. Updated (2025): unfortunately I have to visit again because of and other problem that's my Samsung dryer has Samsung dryer the new problem

My go to appliance parts place. Stan is amazing! He gives excellent advice, very knowledgeable, and so kind. He always takes time to listen and give advice on my appliance issue. I don’t know a lot about appliance repair but he makes it easy for me to repair them myself. The prices are good and parts always in stock. Appliance parts east I would highly recommend to anyone
