My go to appliance parts place. Stan is amazing! He gives excellent advice, very knowledgeable, and so kind. He always takes time to listen and give advice on my appliance issue. Left on hold and forgot about for over 6 minutes by the boss named stan... Was given an attitude when called back and asked what an acceptable hold time is... Made a joke about the situation and ridiculed with other employees customers
If you’re going for the customer experience, you’re gonna be disappointed. If you’re going to get the exact part needed to fix your appliance (mine was a dryer) then you’re gonna be pleased. Call ahead and make sure you know your part number.
