The customer service is awesome and the parts are fairly priced. If they don't have your part in stock they go out of their way to make sure you get it as soon as possible. Appliance Parts Company is the best, I wouldn't get my parts from anywhere else.
Wanted a refund for a part I ended up not needing, 1day old purchase, still in box and had receipt, just because we put part in machine and remove it right away we COULDN'T GET A REFUND!! NO GOOD SERVICE AT ALL instead of winning another customer, lost at least 500 customers from my friends and family together!

This is my new go-to shop for appliance parts. The guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and saved me from a ridiculous $460 repair call with a $20 part that took me 10 minutes to replace on my own. They have plenty of inventory for all major brands. Highly recommend.
Purchase a water valve for my refrigerator from this company. When I got back home, turns out the compressor had gone bad. I therefore didn’t need the part that I had purchased from appliance parts company since I’ll be purchasing a new refrigerator. Went the following day to return the $187 part and said they can’t take it back because the box had been open.
