Don't go to this business if you are serious about not getting the run-around. They are in the business of selling parts to you and will try anything to sell parts you do not need. WAY overpriced and NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!!!!!. Maybe I can understand some restrictions if the item was special ordered, but it was in stock in their store. Once you walk out the front door, you're stuck. Found the same item online for half price, shipping included. DO NOT SHOP HERE, IT'S A RIPOFF.
Ive always used appliance parts bank for my repairs ...my washing machine was not working right ...they suspected it was the lid switch . .. Even though they showed me how to install it I decided to bring my machine to them ..the job was done right and within 2 days my machine was running right ..they saved me hundreds or more since I didn't have to buy a new washer..thanks guys !!!
