Excellent Service Good Prices These guys (and girls) are very helpful and can find any appliance part you need. I've used them for dryer and washing machine parts and refrigerator parts. They have a quick turnaround on ordered parts and even offer good advice.

Don't go to this business if you are serious about not getting the run-around. They are in the business of selling parts to you and will try anything to sell parts you do not need. They have a no return policy on electrical parts. After some troubleshooting I determined that I needed a cycling thermostat for my Kenmore 80 series gas dryer. WAY overpriced and NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!!!!!. Maybe I can understand some restrictions if the item was special ordered, but it was in stock in their store. Once you walk out the front door, you're stuck. Found the same item online for half price, shipping included. DO NOT SHOP HERE, IT'S A RIPOFF.

Ive always used appliance parts bank for my repairs ...my washing machine was not working right ...they suspected it was the lid switch . .. Even though they showed me how to install it I decided to bring my machine to them ..the job was done right and within 2 days my machine was running right ..they saved me hundreds or more since I didn't have to buy a new washer..thanks guys !!!

Terrible – Don't trust them. I ordered an appliance part. Also paid for them to ship it to me. It never arrived. Four months later they called to say it was in and I had to pick it up. I drove down there and it was the wrong part, even though I brought the part in for them to see when I placed the order. They then told me that the part and my model didn't exist. I asked for a refund and they refused without my receipt. I took the receipt back later and they told me I had waited too long. Now I have to sue them in small claim... read more

I needed a part for my first washer repair. They were extremely helpful in finding my part number via phone. When I showed up they had my part ready and were very friendly. I've dealt with a lot of crusty supply places before and these guys didn't make me feel like an idiot. It's time for another simple repair and I'm going back to them even though there are closer places.
