I bought a stove and it didnt work. been trying to get them to respond. but no luck. Also the washer I bought leaks from the bottom.
BUYER BEWARE! From the initial coordination for installation, throughout the installation when problems were noted with device which were dismissed, to 10 (ten) days later when dryer quit; a debacle replete with false promises and evasive tactics. There was NO time we felt comfortable with Appliance Mountain. Now almost a month later we have NO replacement, NO service and NO refund. That’s why we DON’T recommend Appliance Mountain!

Washer/dryer delivered damaged with parts missing and not working. Looks like it fell off the truck, and no callback so far.
We saw several red flags and should probably have heeded them, including having to ask for their name and the brand of the appliance we were getting as well as the "I'll email the warranty and your invoice once I get back to the office". Our multiple requests for any kind of follow-up call have gone unanswered. A little research has revealed Appliance Mountain, LLC is NOT a business in good standing with the State and therefore should probably not be advertising itself as such. great appliance, great price and friendly staff. I recommend them.
They went above and beyond expectations. I am well pleased and recommend their services to all. Nice to have met two such nice people. The work was excellent, complete and done cheerfully.
