We had an issue but the owner is going out of his way to make things right.
Joshua was responsive via text and showed up right away when our refrigerator shut down. He suggested a part that we would have to wait for a few days. We got a second opinion and the other guy (who the manufacturer sent with their warranty service) said the whole fridge needed to be replaced. We asked Joshua back and he said he’d been thinking about our problem; he was convinced it was a problem with the breaker instead of with the fridge. As I am in the customer service business myself, I know when service providers are stepping UP or stepping away from responsibility. Instead of giving me a $100 off on a 2ND visit to fix a dryer that had the exact same problem back in October, Michael the rep, should have physically showed me what the problem was from the beginning in the first visit, so I could know what the issue was from the beginning versus telling me there was lint in the vent and it needed to be cleaned.
