Had some problems with my washer. Service was provided the day I called. Gavin gave a thorough assessment and a few options for repair. He was very professional and would use Appliance Medic again.
Polite,nice guys, fixed the dryer. They are WAY OVERPRICED. Part cost $3.00 Time to repair less than 15 mins Charge over $285.00 They price from a “blue book”.. same one a brain surgeon must use. Unless you don’t care about rip off price, call someone else.
Worst experience with a repair company EVER. Refrigerator died 5/14/18. Called Appliance Medic, they came out that day. Gavin, the repair tech said we needed to have a control board replaced, and I had to pay for the part and installation now. I paid the $340 for the part and repair, Gavin said they would order the part, usually takes 2 days to ship, but they should be able to priority ship the part, should be done by Friday.
