Highly recommend purchasing from them! We bought a washer and dryer. Delivery was fast, customer service excellent! We've had no issues with our appliances! Will recommend to everyone and go to them for future purchases!

They came out in May to service my range because the start button on oven didn't work.Said it needed a new board. Were supposed to call to to give price. No call no contact. The months later I find out (because I called them) that the board is not available. Really crummy customer service.

I highly recommend Appliance Max in SRQ when you need a kitchen appliance. They warranty, move and take out your old appliance. They set up the new appliance. About 3 yrs ago, I purchased a washer & dryer & both are still running fine. They came in (2 guys) & removed my old appliances. The staff is knowledgeable & helpful. It was pretty awesome. Now I'm going back tomorrow when they're open to get a refrigerator. Unless your handy and can pickup, move & setup on your own, this is the best option.
