They were supposed to be at my home for a delivery. Somehow they messed up and were coming for a service. When I called them Mike was incredibly rude and talking over me every time i was three words into a sentence. And I finally said out loud dude I’m still talking shit. And he stated I’m hanging up now because you’re cussing. I wouldn’t use this store and Inwill not allow them in my home now. I called back 10 times and he kept ignoring my call.
They seemed to have all the types of appliances that you would need both almost new and a little older so as to accommodate just about any price range . We'll organize store and the owner seemed very pleasant.
I had a fairly new refrigerator that was leaking from the back. The part required to fix it was not sold at Lowe's or Home Depot, so I stopped in to Appliance Max and was able to speak directly to Mike. He was able to order the part, and explained to me the basics of how it worked. He sent Nick out to our house a couple of days later with the part to make sure it was the correct solution.
