November 9, 2019 I scheduled a service call for 11/11/2019 for a large Frigidaire chest freezer that wasn't chilling anymore. The tech was pleasant and went to work, but was unable to get it working properly. When he calculated the bill ($408.58), I expressed my displeasure since I still had a non-working freezer. He called his supervisor, who happened to be not that far from my home on another matter. I was extremely impressed with Appliance Repair Experts. I called during the middle of the afternoon and Appliance Repair Experts sent someone to inspect and repair my refrigerator that same evening. The expert (Mike) was timely, friendly, efficient and did a great job! My refrigerator is generating cold temperatures again. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. I was extremely satisfied with Appliance repair experts. Chuck showed up on time. Knew his "stuff" did a great job and was done in under an hour. Excellent Work We have used this company three times. They arrive when they say they will, they call ahead to confirm, and they fix it right the first time. It is all one could ask for. We highly recommend.
REALLY bad service This is one of the worst companies that I have EVER dealt with. They have made at least 5 service calls to "fix" a 3 year old washing maching -- and it STILL doesn't work.They have one last chance to fix it before I call the Better Business Bureau.
Appliance Repair Experts are WONDERFUL!! Usually I don't take the time to write a review but this company deserves a pat on the back. It is really hard to find a reliable repair person and even harder to trust a stranger coming into your home to fix something you hope and pray wont cost you a whole lot of $$$$$$$$.
