November 9, 2019 I scheduled a service call for 11/11/2019 for a large Frigidaire chest freezer that wasn't chilling anymore. The tech was pleasant and went to work, but was unable to get it working properly. When he calculated the bill ($408.58), I expressed my displeasure since I still had a non-working freezer. He called his supervisor, who happened to be not that far from my home on another matter.
