I guess I should have read these reviews before calling this company. The first time he came out to repair my refrigerator he immediately demanded I provide a blow dryer , an extension cord and towels. Made a comment about the outlet being so far away from the fridge ( maybe 3 ft max) like that was my fault. Charge was $100. 2 weeks later the fridge isn’t cooling again so my husband called him. EDIT: I provided the full model and serial number to them prior to driving there from outside of Greencastle. They were adamant that it was the correct part. When I went in there I was given a completely different part and even mentioned it didn’t look even close. They kept saying it was correct and that it just fit differently. I DON’T LIKE BEING SCAMMED AND INTEND TO SUE. I provided my model number and needed a new dryer catch. I was told they have one so I drove to find out it was a different part. Was totally honest about everything unlike the previous 2 repairmen who only took my money and never fixed anything. He is a rarity in today's society. He will tell the truth and do all he can to help. Don't get robbed by other appliance repair people who don't repair anything. This is my go to guy for all appliances from now on. So few honest people left in the world , but I found one in the appliance guy! Make sure it's Cloverdale, Indiana. There are others out there using his name but he is the one!

Very prompt and professional and knowledgeable.——-I had another problem with my washer about 8 months later and called to see if it was still in warranty however this time no one ever contacted me back. I tried to call several times but kept getting a VM. Ended up buying a new washer. Very disappointed especially when he had been so good to work with several months before.
