WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Sat in my home for two straight days waiting for a tech to arrive. First day at the very end of my window, I got a text that they would be unable to make it. Scheduler was unresponsive and the finally gave me a window for the following day. Tech was a no-show.
Not impressed. I had a beverage cooler that stopped working. The technician quoted $280 to install "starter system". A new cooler costs $300, so I didn't allow the repair - still had to pay the service charge of $70. Then I found a YouTube video explaining how to troubleshoot the problem, had a temporary fix for a bad starter relay working in about 15 minutes, and a new $25 part on the way for a permanent fix. This is the best appliance repair company in Dunwoody! The repairman came on time to fix my Maytag washer and had everything needed on his truck to finish the repair on the spot. I couldn't be happier with the repair and service provided.
