Great communication from start to finish. Asif was flexible about scheduling and parts sourcing, he was also knowledgeable about oem parts and common issues with other options on the market. Pricing was clear upfront and consistent with charges after service. He arrived on time. He was organized, clean, and safe. My dishwasher is working and I couldn’t be happier :) Highly recommend!
Our Appliance Geek technician did a wonderful job. He notified us when he was in his way, and arrived when he said he would. Very polite and knew what he was doing, going above and beyond. He figured out the leak was not from the washing machine, which was very helpful, but was coming from our HVAC. Our 15-year old LG front-loader washing machine stopped draining. Called Appliance Geek, who was quick to return my call. Asif was able to come by that same day and quickly identify and fix the problem. He showed us the broken motor and compared it with the new one and now the washing machine is back in service. Very professional and laid out the expense upfront. Highly recommend!
