Our Appliance Geek technician did a wonderful job. He notified us when he was in his way, and arrived when he said he would. Very polite and knew what he was doing, going above and beyond. He figured out the leak was not from the washing machine, which was very helpful, but was coming from our HVAC. Our 15-year old LG front-loader washing machine stopped draining. Called Appliance Geek, who was quick to return my call. Asif was able to come by that same day and quickly identify and fix the problem. He showed us the broken motor and compared it with the new one and now the washing machine is back in service. Very professional and laid out the expense upfront. Highly recommend!
We have used Appliance Geek for our dryer and dishwasher repairs. Communicative and punctual. Asif did an excellent job. Both appliances have been running with no issues.
Appliance Geek was phenomenal! Was able to show up quickly, diagnose the problems, and fix my fridge and dishwasher. The price was reasonable and Asif is friendly, and he explained and demonstrated why things were not working. I highly recommend Appliance Geek!
