This guy is amazing! bought both my washer and dryer here, both perfectly refurbished. Had what i thought was a problem with the heating element in the dryer 3 yrs later, called him up and he talked me thru some troubleshooting that he easily could have charged a trip charge for. long story short next time you buy an appliance go see these folks! great business run by great honest, hardworking people!
Rob is a con artist. The ad on Craigslist said he was selling his fiances washer and copied a photo of a washer in someones house and said it was his. Said it was like new and ran great. It looks like it is 10 years old and doesn't run. The photo of the one on CL was not the one he sold me. Would not return calls for me to get my money back.
