We just completed an entire kitchen renovation including high end appliances with Appliance Driven. I can't give this company enough accolades, especially the owner Joel. Their customer service and professionalism were outstanding. I inadvertently put Appliance Driven's customer service to the test. I did not read my manual to my new Wolf oven and placed a piece of tinfoil on the bottom upon cooking a roast. Needless to say, the tinfoil melted into my expensive oven which I destroyed. RecommendedThey were very professional and helpful for when I was trying to figure out what I wanted. The staff was lovely and the owners are great. They have tracking in their trucks so you know pretty much when your delivery is going to arrive which is great because I work a lot out of the office. I definitely recommend using them when trying to purchase any product. Thanks again for the help!

After placing an order online we were sent an email that our order was processing. Almost 4 weeks later our order had still not arrived. Upon calling back, I was told that we would not receive our order because they do not ship outside the Tri-State area. I have no idea what that has to do with anything since I would be the one paying for the shipping. We were never called because they said they did not deal with phone calls only with emails. So had I not called to check on the order, who knows how long we would have waited ... read more

Customer SERVICE.. YES YES YES.. What a pleasure to deal with Appliance Driven. Repeat Customer… They work as team, pay attention to sell you the proper appliance for your needs. They answer the phone and return phone calls.. I am chemically sensitive and requested delivery persons come fragrance free. They DID, and called to tell me they was a delay… EXCELLENT 10 stars.
