Had them to fix my Sub Z that could only hold 50 degrees. Very impressed with the quality of the techs sent out. Manager called me in the evening to schedule an emergency visit. Fixed the first time. In an age of terrible service, these guys did a good job. Recommend.

Had them check out my Sub Zero for a failing condenser fan. They put in a cheap chinese copy fan that costs $30 on Amazon. The fan was really noisy (the noise was noticeable from all rooms of the house). They also put the back panel of the fridge back together incorrectly so the crisper drawer would not allow the door to close. I called Sub Zero and they claimed the motor put in is not approved by them, and runs at the wrong speed. When my fridge went out, I figured I'd need to spend a lot for a new one. I called Appliance Doctors first from a referral from a friend. They came out the same day and had it fixed within an hour. Crazy! Especially since so many service companies don't have the parts with them. I highly recommend them.

Appliance Doctors is a remarkable family owned - local business. I was impressed with their commitment to service and quality. I would refer anyone needing appliance maintenance to them!
