Very rude. I have a idler that wore out on a Samsung dryer. The person that responded said he does not work on them. I asked if he has any idlers and he said nothing will work and looking at parts on line others were very similar. Not willing to assist to help me help my wife with her tasks. I ordered of line and and will receive in one day.

Literally left the security gate when he didn’t have a code and wouldn’t come back when I called him seconds later. Sorry, some people are on work calls during the day…. Have 1 minute of patience.
Just FYI, if you need an appliance repair, never use this guy! I was trying to explain, for my mom since she couldn’t be here, that her oven is not working correctly, and he immediately asked me how old she is, and tried to tell me, it’s because of her age and she’s slow. If you know my mom, she’s a home baker, been baking for over 50 years, and knows how to use an oven and when it’s not working correctly. Also, she is definitely NOT slow!
